I decided as I was in town already that I may as well pop into the O2 shop and see if I could get my phone upgraded to replace my slowly failing one, it seemed about the right time for this.
And it was. Yay.
So I picked out the phone I was to get went through the forms, had my bank card photocopied, only to discover that the shop didnt have that
