Olympic Fever

I guess I have a bone to pick with this year's Olympic coverage. Look, unless you are really into every sport ever, you probably won't care about most of the Olympic sports unless the commentators give you a reason to. So I do understand when the commentators get off subject during sports and talk about the athletes' personal lives and whatnot. ( Read more... )

with may and walsh, it's rare anyone can comment on one of their matches (they have not lost anything in more than 200 matches, by the way) without talking about their last olympic win and the horizontal-in-the-sand-hug; basically, it's all hot women looking vaguely lesbionic but in the okay, sexy-for-guys way! it's fucked up and it happens every year.
