The work out today took 30min and was a insane cardio like hit.
Circit Set:
Leg Extetions 3X15 100lbs Leg curls 3X15@60,65,75lbs
Smith Machien Squats 3X15@115 Seated calf raises 3X15@45lbs
Leg Press 3X15@135lbs Crunches 3XBW
Standing Calf Raises 2X15@100LBS Incline Crunches 2X20@BW
Workout felt good, but fri is going to be hell
