I'd like to pay less than $400 before utilities. Lower is better, of course.

Ah. Never mind then. My place was $450+,(about 600 all told) and though it was well worth it, I suspect your priorities are different from mine.

Yeah, that's way too expensive for me. Thanks for the offer to help though.

The sad thing is that I have to be frugal because I am getting taxed this year for making more money than ever before, which actually causes me to have less money than ever before. I'll get most of it back, but it won't be until after Winter term is over.
