I've found that the most terrifying part of growing up is realizing that there aren't omniscient people who are in charge of making everything in the world around us work. It's people like you and me, and in many cases they're people far less capable than I consider myself. That's scary. The people in charge of everything are like us

Crazy huh? It's also helpful to know that people in charge who suck...well, you actually could do a better job than them.
