Just call this person. There's enough people you both know that would have the phone number. That is, if I'm correct in who I think you're talking about. ;) The type of conversation I think you two would have would best be held in real-time, rather than over email.

In short, I remember how much meeting you and knowing you changed my life. And I realize that even if we never talk again, that is something that I should be thankful for, as I'd never have been planning a wedding right now if not for the two of you.

And I also remember I thought of you just the other day, remembering that worn out yellow couch in your livingroom and the myriad of emotions I've felt sitting on that thing and I realize now, I miss you.
