For the most part I try to stay pretty positive and pretty zen but today I'm ready to pull entrails out of stupid people using only the power of my mind.  If looks could kill....today I would be a serial killer.  I *TRY* to adjust my attitude before it gets adjusted for me, but today I just couldn't get it together.
