Well, I noticed droplets of fuel being slung off while I was spinning so I took the staff in my hands and rolled the staff off my palm and up in the air. HOWEVER....I tired 4 times last night and could not recreate so....*shrugs* I'm gonna do some research and see what I can find out on how to do that and find out exactly what I did.
