The sensations I have experienced today have lead me to extreme pain. I cannot give up hours at work, nor afford to be sick. On the plus side, there have been a number of drop in trainings today, and I have been able to get extra chair time by trying to learn, in a dark room, with a lecture style format, and a projector.
