it's sad, but the parents are bloody crazy if they think the school is at all to blame for it.

It won't bring their daughter back, but schools do have a great deal of responsibility for those under their care. I think its more a thing of culture when bullying is still allowed in general. This thing though with the girl is so far out of proportion that I hope all those involved never get over it.
