What does Engrish mean?

Uh, English riddled with grammatical errors or otherwise resulting from the improper or imperfect translation of a Japanese text to English.

The name, I assume, comes from the fact that the sound "l" doesn't exist in the language; IINM, the "r" sound is somewhat between "r" and "l" in Japanese.
