Possibly, although getting the specific hinge is likely to be troublesome - I checked http://www.pchub.com/uph/ but they don't seem to carry the specific hinge in question.
I've applied some silicon lubricant and, uh, adjusted the supporting frame somewhat and it's sorted for the moment, but there's a hell of a lot of stress on the points where the hinge meets the screen and the laptop chassis - very poorly engineered. On the bright side it's given me something new to look for when purchasing a laptop...
the early generations of the Apple Titanium Powerbooks have/had a badly engineered hinges... hence there is aftermarket parts available. that and just cannibalizing from other dead machines... sounds like you're generally on the right track
