Potentially looking for flatmate(s)

As many of you will already know, the delightful Landlady of Doom™ Jodi has moved out from The Terrace. Accordingly, I'm in the process of sorting out a flatmate or two.
I've got someone lined up, but they may not take the place after all. Is anyone interested in living in a 110 square meter, cat friendly flat with polished wood floors, morning sun to die for, and a friendly geek-in-residence who basically lives out of his room untill the internet goes down?
Currently the flat is 2 bedroom, with a lounge, & kitchen/dining area. It would suit a professional couple the best given the size of the available bedroom (frikking huge).
Oh yeah, and it's well insultated & has a heat pump, dishwasher, and hot & cold running internet.
