I know. Maine, I can see as progressive. I have a pal there and now her dad and his longtime partner can get married. But Iowa? That's a shocker.

I seriously wish my state was that progressive. For all the talk in our constitution, we're not now.

I know. It makes me sad. Back in Nov., after the presidential results came in, I was most interested in Prop8. But you're not alone. Here in Ohio, they passed a similar constitutional amendment a couple of years back.
