[in sum]: hyunsuk and eunjoo try to find a babysitter for one night.
i'm not too familiar with some of the yg fam's names/personalities so, please forgive the ooc's. :/

the hunt (for a sitter)
a belated husband, that's what they call him. but hyunsuk isn't put down by that. not at all. since he's had a longer relationship as lovers, he's okay with getting with the married life late in the game.
but there's a down side that he hasn't expected.
"baby? i'm coming home early today. should we grab a bite to eat at that little italian restaurant you like? i'll meet you there in thirty minutes. is that enough time for you to get ready?"
eunjoo sighs into the phone. a really heavy sigh.
"oppa, have you forgotten?"
"huh?"
"we're married now. and we have a child. i can't leave the house!"
right. hyunsuk's precious new baby. it's not like he's forgotten, but there's the old habit of taking eunjoo out to dinner, then to a movie, then perhaps to a hotel from some sweet lovin'...
things have changed much.

he arrives home and the second he opens the door, the hallway's filled with the screams of an anguished baby.
"oppa?" eunjoo calls out from inside. "are you home? thank god. help me change yoojin's diaper will you?"
hyunsuk sighs. he doesn't really mean to, but it comes out anyway. nine years of dating and it's come to this. old habits die hard.

the next time he knows he's coming home early, he seriously contemplates having someone from the company babysit while he takes eunjoo out. she deserves it. and hyunsuk thinks he damn well deserves it too.
but who to choose?
he talks it over with eunjoo that night, having failed to go out yet again because of an incident with a crayon gone up a nostril.
"really? really?!"
eunjoo gets really excited and just when hyunsuk begins to regret even bringing it up, she gets out a legal pad and a pen.
"the obvious choice is dara" eunjoo says, biting on the pen cap. but then they remember the baby shower and the little accident with the baby's nasal aspirator vacuum (the one, incidentally, used to take the crayon out of yoojin's nose that night). dara's been scared to death of babies since then too.
eunjoo suggests youngbae next. hyunsuk considers him for a while, then remembers dara again.
"no" hyunsuk says. "he'll end up rolling the baby on the ground for fun."
eunjoo quickly crosses youngbae off her list.
the rest of big bang is out of the question. jiyong is way too distracted by his music making and top is way too distracted by life, period. leaving the baby up to daesung would end up disastrous, hyunsuk's sure. because, instead of trying to change the baby's diaper or feed her the formula, he'd try and make yoojin laugh.
"and i'm not letting seungri anywhere near my baby girl" says hyunsuk definitively. "that's that."
eunjoo doesn't complain.
"well, chaerin..." eunjoo starts to say.
but hyunsuk shakes his head.
"sewing needles."
"bom?"
"attention deficit. or likely to steal yoojin's play mirror."
"minji?"
"too young."
"then dongwook."
hyunsuk gives eunjoo a look.
"imagine him with a baby and try again."
"right. and hanbyul's probably with him too."
"gummy's out of the country" sighs hyunsuk. "hyesun is too."
"and i don't know if teddy even knows how to hold a baby" replies eunjoo.
they sigh together, in unison. then peer down at the baby lying between them on the bed. yoojin is sleeping soundly, her small lips curled into a little 'o' as she breathes steadily.
eunjoo sighs again, this time contentedly and with a small smile playing around her lips. hyunsuk looks at eunjoo, an idea forming in his head.
he whispers the plan to her and eunjoo looks hesitant.
"are you sure?" she asks. "it seems risky."
"have i ever been wrong?"

on the night of hyunsuk and eunjoo's overdue date, four men receive a call from their boss.
one man is jinu and he leaves his wife and his home to visit his hyunsuk hyung. sean lets him in, looking confused.
"hey, where's hyunsuk hyung?" asks sean to jinu.
"the hell? i was supposed to meet him here. at his home?"
"but hyung let me in and said he was coming right back."
they start at each other with dread until...
the door bell rings and sean sighs with relief, opening the door as quickly as he can reach it...
it turns out to be kush. with masta wu.
"a-yo!"
they greet jinu and sean with wide open arms and a case of beer in each of their hands.
"where's hyunsuk hyung?" asks masta wu.
jinu sighs, then asks, "what'd he bait you with, man?"
"boy's night in..." says kush, looking deflated.
they rush to yoojin's room, then find and tear off the note clipped to her jammies.
"look after her. if she's anything less than blissful, i will make sure your life is hell.
