So FINALLY something good has happened with my knee!!!!!! So there is this treatment called eswt and its done in canada and like in the u.s. but only 5 states and none near maine. But anyways so the treatment done in canada is for like a week and theres a 90% chance it will work so im checking into everything tonight and hopefully ill be in

Yeh it would...making my comeback next year...gonna run xc hopefully make it to states then gonna play basketball cause i absolutly miss it and im gonna make varsity...then im gonna run track depending if my knee can handle all that.
