A beautiful and apposite quote. I never knew who that was from.

Bizarre but true: I was so exhausted today, from various stuff, that I sat down at my PC and fell asleep in my chair from 8 to midnight. Literally missed all the suspense as the returns came in. Unconscious was the best way to get through it, I think. :)

i spent the whole night flipping back and forth between virginia and indiana, it was like being on two roller coasters at once, and the numbers for both states were so tight and kept flip-flopping back and forth JUST LIKE ME, IT WAS MORE NERVE-WRACKING THAN, like. NASCAR. D:

I was actually pretty confident about Virginia, so I think the fact that early returns were so tight would have given me fits. Just as well that I missed it! I didn't think he'd pull off Indiana, though, so that was extremely cool.
