1. Dublicate base and set it to screen
2.Selective color layer

Reds

Cyan -100
Yellow +100

Yellows

Cyan +100
Yellow -100

Neutrals

Cyan +20
Yellow -10



3. Paste this texture
and set it to color burn opacity 60% ,erase it on the face
4. Dublicate selective color layer and drag it to the top

5. Fill #cccccc and set to color burn  opacity 100%

6. Fill #e5e0cf and set to multiply opacity  20%

7.Add light textures you like and you've done!
