Well, that ban on nail-biting was fun. Lasted all of 72 hours, until I forgot and submitted the fingernails to a little tooth-and-nail manicure a few minutes ago. Let's try again next year, shall we?

I've heard that always carrying a nail file with you is a good way to go...of course, one of my nails is paper-thin and will have to be trimmed regardless.

Time to whip out that Berenstain Bears & the Bad Habit book...that'll have the answers!
