Ouch. I have a similar story, only much bloodier (and I'm an idiot).

I was shaving my legs and wanted to wipe the blade, which I usually do on a towl. But I wasn't thinking and wiped the blade with my FINGERS! Three of them were bleeding for what felt like days!
