I'm not dead. I'm actually doing really well. Back on tracking, still doing some good work at therapy. Still losing, albeit slowly but that's okay. I've just started to not like writing in this journal, which is fine, I suppose, so I've been taking a break

Glad to see you back!

You definitely don't want to hate writing in the journal. That defeats the purpose!
