These are the photos taken on the day I did my inspection of the property 4 years ago, and those taken yesterday by the photographer.
Living room before:
What I did - painted the walls, ripped out the carpet, installed the laminate floors, painted and installed the baseboards, removed the ceiling fan and put in track lighting, and removed the window between the living room and the den. I had contractor reroute the heating piping and take out the divide between the living room and den.

Kitchen before:
What I did - painted the walls, painted the cupboard doors, installed handles on the cupboards, replaced fridge and stove, ripped out the horrible fluorescent lighting and replace with track lighting, and put in a new sink and faucet. I had contractors install the tile and granite countertops.

What I did - painted, changed the tile, changed the coutnertop, installed a new sink, installed new faucets, painted the vanity and installed new handles. I had contractors change the shower.

What I did - painted the walls, installed the laminate floor, painted and installed the baseboards.

I don't have any before pictures of the half bath, but it looked very similar to the ensuite. And it turned out so well in the photos, that I thought it should be included here. What I did in it was paint the walls, install the new countertop, install a new sink and faucet, paint the vanity and install new handles, and retile the floors.

what I did was put decking down across the whole thing, and give it a nice stain.
