So, the guy that made the offer in cash got the condo. We have one month from yesterday until closing on this property. We also made an offer on the house we liked from the last post (I'd show you again, but it's no longer listed). They accepted, and we close on both properties on the 9th. On the 19th, I graduate from college

No way would I bash that house. It was CUTE. It has a DECK for LOUNGING. And that's just what I remember from a brief glance at the picture. A HOUSE, Sam! HOT!
