I’m not in a bad mood anymore. Why? The Hubby surprised me this morning after my little row with the laptop yesterday. I suspect he doesn't want to buy a new one when I rip this one apart with my bare hands, or he’s just particularly thoughtful. Thank you! I have little bits of HP stashed throughout my classroom. The kids are used to too it, and all of them like it because it’s different. I actually use something similar to house points in my classroom. I sort with an old hat too, which is great fun on the first day. Once my 30 or so kids are sorted into the four teams I start to give and deduct points. The team at the end with the most points gets a party thrown for them by the other three. It’s quite fun and a good way to encourage the kids to work together.
