A quick question for the Brits on my Flist.

My brother is going to be in London and Oxford for the next two months for a study abroad program. Are there any pubs you can recommend, or sights that any visitor ought to see?

What sort of things does he like?

He's interested in Medivael and Renaissance history, and likely the Exchange and if they have any museums about Insurance. And pubs and discoteques.
