There's so much to say, but right now I feel really calm. I got back from being away this weekend with the Kassels in Albany, VT and even a short trip like that just helps me think. I think I've discovered I'm one of those people who really needs time for themsevles, especially to figure things out

time to yourself to figure things out is something everyone needs I think...only not everyone takes it. The more put-together people are the ones who do take that time, their lives don't spiral out nearly as often as others who don't take the time.
