fuck that. my entire set of teeth has been killing me for awhile now and i have been convinced my front top left tooth was on its way to falling out. until last night at work my tongue grazed over the way back of my teeth and discovered a motherfucking hole

Have you ever tried accutane/isotretinoin for your skin? It's through the iPledge program... if not, talk to your dr about it to see if you can get registered and all that good stuff. You'd have to go for blood work every month to get approved for refills, but from what I've seen with my brother, it's worth it. He's probably tried everything out there and this is actually working for him. And none of our customer/patients who are on it are having trouble with the more serious side effects.
