Sounds like your place is like where I used to work. Keep on trying to get more out of less people and then only give it a short while to work out whether the previous restructure actually worked or not.

Thanks hon. To be honest I can't disagree with what they are doing, the current structure is unsustainable and difficult to work in. Just have to hope that I survive to reap the benefits!
