Oh, I don't; from what I've gathered, endurance is more important to start than pace.
Isn't walking awesome? With the jogging, I've started walking more, too (the 4 mornings a week that I don't jog, and several afternoons). It's so pleasant and so good for you! I can't imagine why I didn't do more of it before...
Hah! I'm not very buff. And I'm sure I would be laughably slow if I tried a 5K. I'm going to wait at least a couple months before even *contemplating* a race (though all the running things say it's good motivation, I think the pressure would only drive me crazy... Got enough of that stuff thank you).
