Question. Say you have a laptop with wireless that picks up whatever service is around...
and then say you go on vacation with the laptop and use it in the new state... would the IP address that is tracked be the same in both places??

Nope, you'd have a new IP address in the new place.

Yeah, the IP address you get is registered to a company or service provider. IP addresses aren't really city locatable, but you can kinda trace them close to their location.

Nope....I have Wi-fi and I have a different location and IP all the time.....Its kindof nice :)
