Nothing to see here, moving on.

Fufufufu... I totally wasted my time today, and I hate doing that. I need to rewrite the start to my novel, and I procrastinated on that for about five hours with messing around on DA, Outpost Gallifrey and baking a spice cake. I have been a bad girl. And this evening I had from nine o'clock to do something useful and I didn't... I hate wasting ( Read more... )

Baking is never a waste of time! Procrastination, yes, but you DID achieve something through making that cake.

*grins*

I know what you mean though - some days just end and leave you thinking "What did I DO today?"

Glad you're feeling better!

I achieved so much with the cake - my parents nearly fed it to the dogs today! :-O

Okay, some questinios for you:

1. When did you get into Doctor Who? Did anything in particular make you get into it?

2. How did you choose your university?

3. Which bands do you really not like?

4. What's your favourite kind of weather and why?

5. Do you have any irrational fears?

1. I tried to get into it during the first season but missed a few episodes and thus gave up as I was a little confused, so really Tennant's debut season was the one that got me. Tennant's brilliant acting, geeky prettiness and chemistry with Billie hooked me in initially along with the first few stories (Tooth and Claw and The Girl In The Fireplace FTW), and then I Wiki-ed Old Who for a few days, found some forums/LJ comms, and watched some Fifth Doctor, and that was that ( ... )

I'll have to eat the cake myself now, my parents don't like it! :-(

Wow, I don't think I've met anyone who got into DW via series 2 though I guess Tennant was a big draw. Series 2 is my least favourite out of the four (so far - I'm aware series 4 isn't over!).

Yep, most 90s pop rubbish is... well, rubbish. The only stuff I like are odd tracks purely for sentimental/nostalgic reasons, because they remind me of specific people or places when I was little. Haha, I can understand someone finding Nickelback annoying tbh - who knows, I might in a few years. I do change my musical tastes. Like, first year of uni I was very into Keane and REM - while I'm still ito REM, I won't bother to buy Keane's future albums.
