I'm sorry, but our apartment is filthy. It really pisses me off. No one will take out the trash. I'm pretty sure I'm the only person that has since we moved in, and maybe one other person once. And I know I don't contribute the most to the trash. Our sink is always, always full of dishes. And what pisses me off the most about that is that the dish

Welcome to my old house. This was literally how it was for about 8 months. We just stopped washing their dishes and would leave them on the counter until they cleaned them or they grew mold (whichever came first) and if it was moldy we put it outside on the grill.

Don't feel bad about being 'the note-writing girl.' Someone in the house has to be responsible, and it's you. So they all need to grow up are realize you aren't the mother and you don't have to clean it up.

PS(seriously, any more than 2 or 3 other roommates is just impossible. There were 6 in my old house; how many are in yours?)

There are six of us, including me.

And one garbage can is already full! And I put nothing in it till this morning! And that was just a small, single serving juice bottle. That's what bugs me. I use the least dishes, and I produce the least trash, and I'm taking out the garbage and putting the dishes in the dishwasher.

But someone must have felt bad, because I woke up with no dishes in the sink for the first time on my entire program, and on top of that, the sink was CLEAN, which I actually haven't seen yet. There's usually gross food bits all over the sink. It really was dirty.

But I think the problem is that I think I'm the only one who's ever lived away from home. So they really may not be used to cleaning up after themselves.

Don't feel bad Larkin! I did the same thing on my program. Our trash was always full, so was the dishwasher, and I was always the one to take it out/empty the dish washer. I finally got fed up and left a note about it, and finally people listened.

I love 4/5 of my roomies, but they were messy.
