Okay, so I just found out that the driving school in Nac shut down. There isn't one in Lufkin. 2) Go to the TXDoT website and download the drivers' manual. That will help with a lot, especially the written test. Not that it's written anymore in a lot of places. now it's computerized and tricky as hell. Just stick with yer common sense if you don't off hand know the answer and you should be fine.
3) check with the Bear, the Badger, and maybe with my daughter. All three have vehicles available, and there's a private drive at my daughter's place to practice on. :) Of course, that means you'll have to come and visit... ;)

2. The written test is not much of a problem. I need to brush up on a few things, but I found the website this morning. Thanks though :)
3. Driving is the real problem. In truth I don't know if I can do it. I completely lack confidence behind the wheel. All the issues I have in life are magnified in cars. There is a certain poetic irony to the whole thing. I can use all the help I can get. I can try to visit and I definately appreciate the offer. You're always looking out for me.
