I could read everything you write on Sledge and Snafu all day.

I've written very little with Snafu and Sledge interacting in months, so this was a good distraction from YOU KNOW WHO.

Just remember the cooing when you are knee-deep in the Leckie mess and wanting to reach through the screen and bang him over the head with his handbook. Remember that there is a Sledge and a Shifty and a Snafu in that 'verse who pretty much want to do the EXACTY SAME THING.

Modern AU Sledge is Frodo Baggins, so I think everyone is required to love him just a wee bit. I think part of the Modern AU Sledge and Snafu dynamic is that you have it RIGHT THERE with Babe/Roe. And also Burgie, hanging out, swearing over his lot in life, and having to make everything work out.

can i just say. snafu and burgie's bromance man, i need more of it in my life. i love that burgie's getting attention in fic now, he's such a badass <3333 and eugene alksdfkasldksklslk. and snafu's reaction to eugene augh my heart YOU ARE MAKING ME SHIP THEM ALL OVER AGAIN

I really do not get the lack of Burgie fic. It makes me sad. Hopefully 2012 will bring a ton more Burgie fic. And some more Snafu and Burgie and even some Jay friendship fic.

And I will just say there is something about Cajun boys and dark-eyed redheads that lead to all the shipping in the world.

and thank you for getting me into The Horrible Crowes! been listening to Gaslight Anthem for ages but never heard of these untill your fic.

Oh, thank you! There's actually a really large fic to be posted soon, it's just in the final editing process, so I hope you enjoy that one as well.

And I am so glad to find another The Gaslight Anthem fan out there. I love that band so much. The Horrible Crowes are also so amazing, and basically, I'll listen to anything Brian Fallon touches.
