Someone needs to get cracking on decoding the Ixodid tick genome. It just took me 2 days of sitting at the computer reading papers, sorting through sequences, and messing around with primer design programs to work out one measly RNA primer set.

Although when doing stuff the hard way, I learn a lot. :>
