Make the shop that did the repair work paint match the bumper. Any reputable collision repair shop can paint match a new piece to the existing paint on the car, it sounds like they just ordered a prepainted bumper from Honda and slapped it on there. Insist they color match and repaint the bumper. Remember, it's not your insurance paying for it, it's the other guy's. Make sure the job is done to your content.
The guy got the paint code off my car, then ordered the bumper and paint and painted it himself. The paint job itself is really nice and even. I did get to see it in the sun today and the difference isn't obvious...actually you probably wouldn't notice it if you weren't looking for it. The blue is just a teeeeny bit less bright. I also stuck my fingernail into it and it made a little indentation, so maybe the paint just needs more time to set. As long as the paint does eventually harden, whether the color changes to match better or not, I think it's close enough. Thanks for the advice. :)
