Når! I can't believe I'm really here. Stacia and I left Fairbanks last Saturday to begin our drive up the Dalton Highway. Tre mere dager indtil jeg rejser til Alaska. Meget at lave, ikke meget tid! Når, det har kommet så hurtig...og jeg er ikke hele færdig. Men hvad det er jeg tænke på, hvad skal jeg lave når jeg kommer tilbage? Jeg hade at tænke på det.

Me and Laura and Meg went to Kimball's for ice cream this evening, but it was kind of a boner killer because suddenly I wasn't in the mood for ice cream. I know, crazy, huh? On our way home from a site in Sudbury yesterday evening, Julie and I stopped at some snobby-hippy grocery store and they had danish butter! Oh, it's the best stuff ever. I can hardly bear to eat 'normal' butter after having experienced the danish variety, so of course I picked it up and I have been immensely happy enjoying it smeared on good ( Read more... )

Oh, I'm happy. Things are going well :) I had a nice trip to Arizona with my mom last week, we got to see the grand canyon, which was just fucking amazing. Words can't even describe it, it is so...VAST. The biggest thing I have ever laid eyes upon in my life. At my first glance I thought I might faint, I was so dizzy with awe.
