it's pretty crappy. I think i've only been stood up once. when I called them asking them where they were they said, "didn't you get my email?" then they sent me an email after the fact. whatevs, at least you didn't waste any time on them aside from waiting around.

This annoys me quite a bit too. If you don't want to do something just say no, its not that hard.
