The second and third ones look so damn cool. I just love how your mind works. Do these just come to you or do you play around with textures until it looks good?

I think it's a combination of both.
I read the description of the challenge and then it starts to work in my head.

Sometimes I already have a certain idea.
Then come the crucial questions: Which fandom do I take for this challenge? Which pictures and textures fit best.
And then I work on the combination of images and textures.
Sometimes it works the first time, sometimes I restart the project 3-4 times.

In any case ... the experimenting makes sooooo much fun :D
