I love this. Way too much. It's just so very...them. It's so damn perfectly them. I can't help thinking that they'd both stay up waiting for one another and then just drop the whole matter when the other one got back. That'd just be that. Because they're the only sure-thing either of them have in their lives.

Awesomely done. I could really feel Badou's rising panic and frenetic energy, and that's one of the hardest things to put across properly in my opinion. Major kudos to you for this, it's one of the best Badou/Heine fics I've ever read. :D
