Well, it is now official, my last day with Equant dba Orange Business Services will be 29-Sep.  There are lots of little details to clear up like when my 30 days of job placement kick in.  The severance package is decent enough that I don't need to panic about having a job on 02-Oct.  If job placement doesn't start until after my last day, then

Having some answers is good, helps you work on planning. 30 days of placement sounds promising. Can they help you find a position doing massage therapy? Or are they supposed to help find a "similar" position in a different place? Glad to hear about the severance.

I hope it's a real job placement service -- the one time I got that as part of a severance, it was pretty good and I learned some useful things. Good luck!
