'Bat' you didn't expect an awful pun here!

On my way out the door this morning to my first day of work for nearly two months, I found a little bat on the pavement. He was laid on his back with his wings rolled up around him and at first I thought he was dead, after a (gentle) exploratory prod with my sunglass arm revealed him to be very much alive I scooped him up and took him to work in

Awww! Bats have the most amazing fur...deeply cute. Hope the little guy's doing OK.
