I often stay up till 4AM or so writing. In the case of the Bond movie, I returned home around 2:30AM, but then stayed up a few hours reading, and by the time I went to bed, it was daylight. I didn't get much sleep - thank my dog who thinks daylight means get up - and so I spent the weekend exhausted. Hopefully the "Bond Effect" has worn off. (Of course, disappointment that they've lobodomized Bond also led to sleepless nights.)

Productive.

If you're hitting a block, maybe you can do something physical to get the adrenaline and endomorphins flowing, like karate sparring, wall climbing, or table tennis if you're feeling adventurous.
