Passover week is still going strong and I am working my way through the leftovers until the end of the week. Last night we finished the chopped liver and the guacamole. Tonight the chicken and the salad will go.

Lessons learned for next year:

Janice you are always welcome to it. And I'll make sure you get some spanish eggplant salad next time although honestly its a bit overrated compared to the rest of the food that was served.

On Thursday, I went to my parents friend's house where she served her passover leftovers. She made homemade matzoh which was awesome. I'm hoping to get the recipe from her and make it for next year's seders we're invited to. Or just to make it in general because it was really that damn good.

the spanish eggplant was really good!

the crabcake gefilte fish was AMAZING. i love gefilte fish anyway, but that was particularly good!

love the drunk bus idea.
