I'm sorry you didn't get to to meet up with all your friends here in cincinnati. It does suck when you dont' get to do all that you wanted.

on a side not i am way behind on my fic, i am planning on finishing a chapter to my other fic then starting the next on my star wars fic. So hopefully eta 2 weeks. i hope.

In my experience those trips to cities you once lived in can never be long enough, or full enough. There are too many, and while it may be the first time in a long time you've been there to be seen, other people's schedules remain just a unsynchronized.

Sounds like the DEP is pretty rough. How long of a program, and how often is it? Sounds like some athletic programs I've been involved in, but I'm sure there is more method and memorization.

I'm sure you have many wellwishers and concerned friends, but when does this culminate in you being in the actual service? And what kind of service will that be?

And is this a career, or a duty, or what?

DEP is a program that meets once a month, until you ship off to Basic. So, for me, it will be through October; my ship date is October 30th
