Spurs and Ships

One thing I love about living in San Antonio is that every is a Spurs fanatic. That means that whenever there is a game, the city slows down. When it's a championship game, it shuts down. Yay! I'm glad you're getting a shot at that.

I totally know how you feel with the championship, we're in the same boat with the Cavaliers and the Pistons. One more game... I can't wait.

LA is much the same. The Lakers hysteria can reach ridiculous heights, even in sober neighborhoods. It gets noisy towards what I assume is the end of the season.

Good luck on the Surface Warfare Officer process. Assuming that goes through, do you have a position/speciality in mind? I ask because of my new knowledge of the fleet that's currently out there (my coworker is visiting his sister in San Diego over the weekend, (she's an AEGIS specialist on the Shiloh) and I felt I needed to know a bit more on the subject)
