So I saw Iron Man earlier today. No spoilers here, but I will tell you that it was a lot of fun. Robert Downey Jnr was great, clearly had a good time and gives Stark depth and raw charisma. Great - I've been looking fwd to it ever since RDJ was cast. So he's an unrepentant boozer then? They're prob saving Demon in a Bottle for the franchise..

Pretty much, but fun with it. I worry that doing anything with it could be too preachy and boring since there's a huge difference IMHO between alcohol and heroin (thinking specifically of GA's Speedy in the 70s, another "issues" story), but I'm not actually sure of the details of how that story played out with Stark in the comics.

RDJ's really good value. Enjoy!
