So the NPD numbers are out, and it begs the questions "Sony, what in god's holy name are you doing?"  There is basically a single solution to this problem, and it's so obvious it's retarded.  Lower the fucking price

Does Sony want to sell more systems though? If you can sell your product at an inflated price to get an absurd profit margin while manufacturing fewer systems, why not? Why lower the price, spend far more in manufacturing, and still come out in the end with the same profit? The latter would obviously make people happy, but business people don't care about that, they just want the numbers in their pockets. I would love to have a PS3, I don't know when that's gonna happen. Maybe I'll wait for the PS4. I just did a google search for it and found a funny fake ad for it, "PlayStation 4: Start saving up your money now."
