Odd family conversations

I was talking to my brother Jose and he wants me to send him a copy of my resume.  He thinks I would do really well working at one of the big hotels in Las Vegas.  He was kind of vague about the exact details but very insistant.   WTH?  I'll send it.  I told him I needed benefits and retirement benefits.  I'm not sure what he pictures me doing.
