Dear Reader:
I have been absent from my journal for a long time now. It's been 93 weeks. Real quick math. 93 divided by 4 is... 23 months. That's almost 2 years... I'm not sure I believe that ( Read more... ) -
DOA movie.
So a Dead or Alive movie is coming out this year. My first complaint is that Ayane is being played by a Norwegian. It's got Devon Aoki (Sin Ciy) playing Katsumi. I'm pretty sure it's just supposed to be a fun/sexy movie, and not really to be taken seriously. I'd like to see it. Here's a link to a trailer. -

A Farewell to Arms
I read A Farewell to Arms by Ernest Hemingway. I liked it a lot, but it ended pretty abruptly. That's probably the effect Hemingway was going for, but I was a little disappointed that it ended that way. I don't dislike the ending, I just was a little disappointed. The last chapter went very quickly.
